I’ve explored this in myriad settings and zoom levels.

> At the code level - Was a back end engineer for ~3 years on a core banking app at continent scale. Generated bank statements, ran offers, and the like.

> At the narrative level - Went to MICA, and worked on brand management problems at Orkla India/Amul. Primarily new product brand work, and some efficiency projects.

> At the intersection (which I enjoy the most) - Worked as a product manager at startups/scaleups. Built and scaled - the flagship claims offering at an InsureTech scaleup, food orders and cx at a fledgling B2C startup, and more work on some mature SaaS products.
